Oskomera Platinum label
The Oskomera Platinum label stands for excellent and sustainable quality in the field of wall technology, solar power and steel construction. The Platinum label supports socially responsible entrepreneurship. Only products and service supplied by the Oskomera Group that score on at least 4 of 8 important client benefits deserve this label. The Platinum label is assigned to standardised quality products, but it can also be agreed as a performance criteria for a custom-made solution within a Design & Build project.
Criteria are:
- Shorter building time
- Lower maintenance frequency
- Extended guarantee period
- Generation of clean energy
- Reduction of energy bills
- Responsible material use
- Increasing labour productivity
- Extra protection
Shorter building time
A throughput time reduction of at least 20% in relation to a traditional solution.
Lower maintenance frequency
A lower maintenance frequency than registered in the VMRG quality requirements.
Extended guarantee period
A longer guarantee period than recorded in the VMRG quality requirements.
Generation of clean energy
Clean solar power is generated with an installation of a minimum of 10 kWp is generated in or on the building shell.
Reducation of energy bills
- Closed wall sections: Rc >= 3,5 m2K/W
- Windows and glass walls: utot <= 1,2 W/m2K
- Air permeability: class 4 and higher (>= 600 Pa)
Responsible material use
The product consists for a minimum of 95% (weight) of materials that are renewable or reusable and are free of toxic substances.
Increasing labour productivity
- The façade has windows that can be opened seperately.
- The façade has sun shades and/or light regulation that can be controlled separately.
- The façade produces a significant improvement of the level of daylight.

The product offers one or more of the following added protection features:
- Fire: from class 30 minutes
- Burglary: from class wk2
- Bullets: from class BR3NS
- Explosion: from class EPR1/EXR1
