Great effort is devoted within all of the disciplines of the Oskomera Group to allow employees to develop further in order to enable them to pursue their personal goals. We train young, promising staff in such a way that they can continue to develop within our company.

Supervision takes place by means of internships, internal training, BBL learning routes, BOL learning routes, training subsidies within the OOM, graduation assignments and personal development plans.

Oskomera is a certified training company for ROC students in the field of architecture (Fundeon). Fundeon is the professional training knowledge for construction, infrastructure and specialised contracting. This means that Fundeon forms the link between training and trade and industry. 

 

Students in various disciplines know about our organisation. These vary from the disciplines Engineering, Research & Development to Logistics, Finance and ICT. They are supported in all aspects by colleagues with a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and patience. Naturally, there are possibilities to continue your career at Oskomera after this period.
