The project is a development of a building comprising three stand alone structures providing social and market units. Each structure range in height from 7 to 19 storeys (market tower) and provise 151 set around a central landscaped courtyard. The structures sit above an independent double basement providing both plant space and parking for the residential part only providing approx 472,000 m2 of habitable space at Osnaburgh Street.
